Merrill Ong

Graduated Crescent School in 2006, achieving the Headmaster’s Honour Roll.
In 2011, he graduated from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honours in Kinesiology. He also took part of McMaster MacWheelers¸ a spinal cord injury rehabilitation program, in 2008. During the summer of 2010, Merrill shadowed and assisted Dr. Kazemi and Dr. Stefano with patients at the Sports Specialist Rehab Centre.
Merrill has a strong interest in sports and exercise, music, and health and nutrition. He has always been actively involved in Wushu (Chinese Martial Arts) for 15+ years. In 2007, as a member of the Canadian National Wushu Team in the 9th World Wushu Championships held in Beijing, he was placed 8th overall in the world. He was also a member of the Canadian National Wushu Team in the 7th Pan-American Wushu Championships held in Brazil 2008, where he was awarded as a triple gold medalist and the all-around champion.
He has recently graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario in 2015 and is currently working at a Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and Massage therapy clinic at Yonge and St. Clair, The Centre for Fitness Health and Performance. It is located at 1. St Clair Avenue East. He sees a wide range of patients from new-borns to eldery, 80-90 year olds. He has a very wide range and deep skillset that help with headaches, jaw and facial pain, neck pain, back pain, rib pain, sciatic pain, disc issues, knee, ankle and foot pain, and other muscular pain.
